  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: In the near future, I hope to move to Boston to gain further experience in the public relations and media field.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: One of my favorite experiences during my time at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ was undoubtedly the Passport program at the beginning of my freshman year. Through Passport, I had the chance to forge lifelong friendships and gain a deeper insight into the academic environment at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳. This opportunity not only provided me with a head start at HC, but also enabled me to establish connections with faculty, earn an extra credit, and build meaningful relationships with other incoming students.

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: Following »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I plan to continue my career in a business-related field where I can utilize both my English and economics skills to make an impact in my future workplace.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: One highlight of my »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience would have to be helping out at last year's Black Student Union Fashion Show, where I assisted with the lights during each major performance. It was my first time managing lights for a large-scale event, but it was both a fresh and exciting new experience that I greatly enjoyed. It stuck with me as I was not only granted a nice view of the performances, but I was able to see the passion and effort the performers put into their craft, and I'm happy I was able to contribute to the event overall.

  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: Football games and tailgates are always a highlight of every year at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ for me. It is so special seeing so many students and alumni coming together to cheer on »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, rain or shine!

  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: One highlight of my »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience is my time spent in Kimball Dining Hall. Kimball is always filled with laughter and smiles, and some of my favorite memories were made over Kimball’s famous chicken parm dinner. The entire student body comes together in the dining hall and I’ll miss spending hours enjoying the company of my friends and classmates in Kimball. (The Kimball staff is also amazing!)

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: Upon graduating »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I am hoping to continue to pursue a career in data science. I hope to eventually obtain master's degree in economics or data science in order to achieve this goal.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: After being a member and volunteer for Purple Key Society during my first two years at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I had the opportunity to lead the organization of the annual Christmas Tree Lighting in November of my junior year. The Christmas Tree Lighting is a traditional event that continues to bring the entire »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ community together. I had the opportunity to work with so many faculty, staff, and students while planning the event, and it was amazing to see everyone's work come together!

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: The most likely option will be working as a freelance sportscaster and production assistant until something concrete opens up. Ideally, though, I'll find something stable in sports broadcasting, sports journalism, or public policy with a non-profit.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: There have been too many to count, but I'll never forget my first play-by-play call on ESPN+: »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ Women's Hockey versus Boston College in October of 2023.

I loved getting to know the other »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ students in the program while we all participated in a unique experience in DC.

It was so fun traveling to different countries with my friends and experiencing different cultures. It helped me grow a lot as a person and gave me memories that will last a lifetime.

  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: Being apart of HC Bands as a drummer has been an unforgettable highlight of my »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience. It provided me with my first opportunity to play music on campus, introduced me to a community of people who have become some of my closest friends, and has taken me to interesting places for travel games, whether that be Polar Park just a few miles away from campus or halfway across the country to Iowa! Looking forward, I am very excited to serve as the President of HC Bands for the 2024-2025 school year!

The atmosphere is so cheery because the food is delicious, the staff decorates so well, and the whole school comes together to enjoy a good meal and holiday spirit!

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: After »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I hope to spend one to two gap years volunteering and gaining clinical exposure before applying to medical school.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: There are far too many highlights at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ to choose a favorite, but one in particular has been participating in our Spring Break Immersion Program. Traveling to sites in Alabama, Connecticut, and Illinois not only allowed me to immerse in communities away from »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, but it also strengthened connections with my peers both during the trip and back on the Hill.

  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience.: With the help of the amazing alumni network at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I was able to help start and eventually lead an investment fund that educates students while donating excess returns to local non-profits. Giving back to the Worcester community and pouring into other students exemplifies the »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ mission and I have grown tremendously, especially through collaborating with my co-chiefs.

I'm currently interning with StreetCred PR this summer and plan to use my connections, alongside the career center's help, to pursue post-graduate employment in the BCF sector.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: One experience I will forever miss is racing at home on Lake Quinsigamond. Having friends and family from the »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ community stop by to watch us race on the weekend is always exciting, especially since most of our races take place at away or neutral sights. It's always a special opportunity for us to have friends see a reflection of all the hard work we put in throughout the year.

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: I plan to work in the field of sustainability, ideally helping cities focus on and implement new sustainability initiatives that increase climate change resilience and overall city health. Regardless of my specific role, I plan to focus on people-based solutions and equity.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: The highlight(s) of my »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience has been participating in and leading spring break immersion programs to Virginia and North Carolina. These trips have been the focal point of my community-building experience both within my »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ family as well as with the groups who hosted us, and offered a great opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth. Plus, they are a ton of fun!

It was incredible to see thousands of college students and community members come together to help others. The experience was immensely rewarding and inspired me to become more involved in Working for Worcester.

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: After »»ÆÞÂÛ̳, I hope to pursue further studies and work experience in the mental health and education space. Combined with a commitment to advancing racial justice, I hope to enhance opportunities and services available for individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: Spending a year away from campus in Melbourne, Australia and in Washington, D.C. during my junior year was truly a transformative experience! The opportunity to grow as a person in new environments surrounded by newfound friends and incredible opportunities taught me so many lessons I continue to carry with me.

While I was there I made a lot of lasting connections in the fields I am interested in as well as meeting one of my best friends! I also had the opportunity to intern with the Department of State which was so interesting!

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: As a Biology major who is also pursuing a Business Fundamentals Certificate through the Ciocca Center for Business, Ethics, and Society, I am exploring career paths that include the intersection of both the biotechnology and business fields.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: One highlight of my experience is the dance class I took during my sophomore year. I danced growing up, so I was excited to get back into it after a year away and I also made new friends I probably would not have met otherwise.

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: After I graduate, I plan to take a gap year and backpack either South America or Southeast Asia for a few months. I also plan to become an english-speaking ski instructor for the winter on a mountain in Japan. Following my gap year, I hope to go to law school, fall of 2026.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: My favorite experience at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ was my semester spent in Dublin. I was able to travel to different countries around Europe, which showed me a whole new culture I hadn’t been exposed to yet.

  • What are your plans after »»ÆÞÂÛ̳?: I'll be applying to both jobs and graduate programs in applied mathematics.
  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: Every Wednesday the Math/CS Department professors host a game night in the student lounge. It's been such a great way to build community in the department and get to know the professors in a relaxed setting. It's easily the best part of the school week!

  • Name one highlight of your »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ experience: Becoming an Orientation Leader gave me countless new opportunities to meet and form connections with new people, not only those in the first year class but the other leaders and staff as well. I am especially appreciative of the fact that these connections did not end when the program ended, but have instead continued throughout my time at »»ÆÞÂÛ̳.

I've always had a passion for working with both prospective and incoming »»ÆÞÂÛ̳ students to help them with their transition into our community on the Hill!
